DiskOps^™ is made by integrationEx (“we”). It is built to keep what is on your Mac on your Mac. This page explains the few cases where anything leaves it.

The app

• Scans stay on your Mac. Folder names, sizes and the scan history are stored only on your Mac, in ~/Library/Application Support/DiskOps. DiskOps has no account, no analytics and no tracking.
• Licence keys are checked offline. Activating Full Power does not contact any server.
• The assistant (Full Power) is the only feature that uses the internet. When you ask it something, DiskOps sends the names, sizes and dates of the files and folders involved to Anthropic, using the API key you entered. File contents are never read or sent. Anthropic handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy. If you never enter an API key, nothing is sent.

Buying Full Power

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. It collects your name, email address, payment details and country to process the payment and tax, under its own privacy policy. DiskOps never sees your card details.

After you pay, we receive your name and email address so that we can email your licence key. Emails are sent through Resend. We use your email only to send the key, to send it again if you ask, and to answer support requests.

Email you send to support@diskops.app passes through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards it to our inbox without keeping a copy of the message.

This website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log technical details such as IP addresses to keep the site running and secure. The site uses no cookies and no analytics, and loads nothing from other companies’ servers: its fonts and scripts are served from diskops.app.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, or for it to be deleted, by writing to support@diskops.app. Deleting it means we can no longer send your key again, so keep a copy.
